Renew My Heart Getaway Schedule (all events)

For this new event, we’ve rolled back registration to 2014. Registration for Renew My Heart with Sally is $109 (Early, October 6 thru November 18 for all), $119 (Regular, up to two weeks prior), and $129 (Late, final two weeks prior). All registrations must be made online (preferred), or by phone (719-488-4466, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM MT), and paid in full by a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or by check. Register early to insure attendance, room selection, and rate availability. Registration includes all sessions, an event notebook, and the Saturday luncheon. About ten days prior to the event, you will receive an email from us with information and instructions about the Getaway (the letter will also be on the event page here on the website).
Hotel Room Reservations
Your event registration does NOT include a hotel room. We’ve negotiated reduced hotel room rates for our Getaway attendees. When you register for the Getaway, you will receive a confirmation email that provides the room reservation discount code for your hotel. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, you may not be registered and should contact us. If you want to come early or stay late at the hotel, the event rate is available Thursday and Saturday nights of the Getaway weekend. Room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, but may be cancelled without penalty prior to arrival (ask the hotel for details). Don’t wait to reserve your hotel room! We cannot always guarantee availability of a room at the special reduced event rates past the rate cut-off date.
Registration Refund Policy
You may cancel your registration without penalty during Early Registration. Refunds during the Regular Registration will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Refunds are not available during Late Registration. Registration transfers are allowed free of charge at any time, but are the responsibility of the registrant. You simply need to let us know the new person’s name and contact information. If you are unable to attend the Getaway, the full amount paid may be receipted as a tax-deductible donation upon the written or emailed request of the registrant prior to the first day of the event.
Children: We allow only nursing infants (lap babies) in the ballroom. Mobile (crawling or toddling) children are not allowed in the ballroom for safety reasons and for courtesy to the other guests. To be fair to all, we cannot make exceptions to this rule, either before or during the conferences. Nursing mother registrations will be limited and capped for each event. The $10.00 fee helps to defray the additional cost of helpers, extra seating, and AV for an audio feed.
Nursing Mothers: Mothers with nursing infants agree to use only the reserved seating designated for “Nursing Mothers.” There will be fewer chairs at these tables, and infants must be in a carrier on the floor or in the mother’s lap. Strollers and floor blankets are not allowed in the ballroom at any time, but may be used in the designated nursing mother area outside the ballroom doors (audio will be provided). If you plan to bring a nursing infant, you will be asked in the registration process to agree to these conditions.
Daughters: Daughters are always welcome. However, the recommended minimum registration age is 14. Because there will be discussions at the tables, please be sensitive to the maturity of your child around other adults if you wish to register a daughter.
